Vintage 2023

The very first vintage of a full-flavoured cuvée: this “blouge”, to be drunk slightly chilled, will be the ideal companion for your summer evenings.

Vineyard

Plots of clay-limestone soil in Villedieu, north of Rasteau. This area is located at an altitude of 340m and surrounded by woods, providing protection for the vines and freshness for the wine.

Winemaking

Hand-picked. The Grenache and Syrah are co- fermented in stainless steel tank. Maceration for one week with gentle extraction. Bottled early to keep the bright fruit.
