Vineyard called “Les Ramières” with sandy soils on the edge of the river for a crisp and sapid wine.
The grapes are fully destemmed then ferment in stainless tank, each grape separately. Vatting time is between 14 to 20 days with gentle extraction. Early bottling to keep the fruit.
Ruby red wine colour. Pleasant blueberry, cherry and strawberry nose. The palate is crisp and greedy, with red berries and eucalyptus aromas. A gourmet and simple wine, that can be poured cold as a perfect alternative to a rosé.
Cauliflower, hummus and avocado salad – Bo Bun with stir-fried beef – Tikka Massala chicken – Bergeronnette sheep cheese – Dark chocolate and wild berry soufflé.
