Les Antimagnes rosé

Côtes du Rhône

2021 – sold out

Vineyard

This wine comes from a vineyard called “Les Antimagnes”, at Villedieu, with sandy soils and located at an altitude of 340mm. Woods surround this plot, which protects the vines and brings freshness to the wine.

Winemaking

The grapes are hand-picked before sunrise to make the most of cool night-time temperatures. They are fully destemmed. There is gentle pressing and cold-settling, then the must goes into stainless tanks for fermentation at a low temperature (14-16°C).

Tasting notes

Pale pink colour with a silvery lustre and a nose of wild peach and floral notes of Acacia. The palate is soft, fruity and mineral with crushed strawberry notes. This wine is a true summer rosé: refreshing, pleasant and tasty.

Food pairing

Fresh goat’s cheese – Salmon carpaccio – Pistou soup – Veal kebabs marinated in herbs and Mediterranean vegetables – Raspberry mille-feuille.
