“This small estate has a high proportion of old Mourvèdre and Grenache. It was run for a long time by two friends, Gilles Ferran, owner of the Domaine des Escaravailles, and Philippe Cambie, oenologist and consultant of some of the finest estates in the Rhône Valley, until his death last December.
The 2021 is marked by the freshness, menthol and eucalyptus notes of Mourvèdre. The nose is fairly fresh, without exuberance. The palate is broad and spherical, with controlled power. Harmonious and pleasant, this wine will be ready to drink before the 2020 vintage.”
