« This small estate has a significant proportion of old Mourvèdre and Grenache vines. For a long time, it was run by two friends: Gilles Ferran, owner of Domaine des Escaravailles, and Philippe Cambie, oenologist and consultant to some of the finest estates in the southern Rhône Valley, until Cambie’s passing in December 2021.
The wines: The 2023 is an explosion of juicy, savory fruit, supported by fine tannins that will need a year or two to soften. The estate’s consistency deserves recognition, a fine tribute to Philippe Cambie. » 91/100
