Rasteau rouge “Classique” 2023
A well balanced wine, a touch more savoury than some Rasteau from 2023, with gently muscular tannins and balanced acidity. No excess alcohol, all very harmonious. Will age well on its balance, as it’s a fairly compact style.

Rasteau “Les Coteaux” 2023
A full ripe and rounded style. Surprisingly tannic for the vintage. this has quite a serious textural force. Give it a year or so to soften. From vines planted on blue marl soils at altitude, all destemmed then aged for I5 months in concrete tanks.

Rasteau rouge “Argilla ad Argillam” 2023
Reductive nose, then full-bodied, intense and ripe on the palate, with lovely, spicy Syrah aromatics and a strict tannic weave. Good sense of tension and length; should be very good. Fresh and taut. Co-fermented Grenache and Syrah, grown at 340m altitude. 20% whole bunch, aged in 400L and 600L amphorae for nine months.

Rasteau rouge “Héritage” 2023
Soft easy-going, juicy and ripe style of Rasteau, with good acid and tannic structure around ripe blackberry fruit. Great structure and freshness for a Grenache, and surprisingly dark-fruited in flavour profile; also very well balanced, without the excess alcohol that can come with Grenache on this terroir. Very fresh and long. From a parcel of pure Grenache grown on blue marl at altitude, fermented and matured in concrete.
