« Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Carignan sourced from sandy parcels in Villedieu. The Ferran family estate in the Vaucluse has been experimenting with the primeur style for several years with its Prémices cuvée. The Carignan is vinified in whole clusters to enhance freshness, and the maceration is, by nature of the exercise, short, preserving the pure fruit of the grape. »
