« Produced from vines planted on the heights of Cairanne, in a place called Les Combes, this wine was vinified without sulphur. What makes it special is the high percentage of Cinsault, which gives it a juicy edge. Its fragrance is reminiscent of orange peel and blood orange.
On the palate, it’s a real breath of suspended fruit. You just want to drink it in gulps! Broad but delicate, this Cairanne is already very accessible. »
