«At the beginning of June 2024, the Côtes du Rhône appellation organised a major event in Paris to showcase its white wines. Led by 3 excellent sommeliers, Marie Wodecki, Florent Martin and Xavier Thuizat, it was an opportunity to rediscover the tremendous diversity of white wine styles in this region. Whether they were lively, fruity or generous, I fell in love with many of them. So when the people in charge of the appellation offered me a partnership to share this with you, dear listeners, it was impossible to refuse.
A few days later, I was on the train to Avignon. On the agenda was a stopover in Rasteau at the Domaine des Escaravailles, where Madeline Ferran produces some great Côtes du Rhône white.»
