Côtes du Rhône rouge « Glou » 2023
« The ruby-violet colour gives way to a nose of violets and sloes, blackcurrants and mint with a hint of pepper. The palate is immediately greedy and fresh, with a profusion of fruit juices mixed with spices and aromatic plants. The tannins are present, but delicate and generous. Chilled is great!
Harvested by hand. Co-fermentation of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah in stainless steel vats. Maceration for one week with gentle extraction. Bottled early to preserve the fruit’s brilliance. »
