Vineyard

Vineyard called “Les Ramières” with sandy soils on the edge of the river for a crisp and sapid wine. Free from any Appellation, we have the opportunity to grow the grapes of our choice and give free rein to our imagination…

Winemaking

The grapes are picked before sunrise to make the most of cool night-time temperatures. They are fully destemmed. Gentle pressing, cold-settling then the must goes into stainless tanks for fermentation at low temperature (15°C).

Winetasting

Pale yellow colour with silvery reflections. Floral nose with fresh pineapple and elderflower aromas. The palate is crisp, vibrant with grapefruit and white peach notes. Salty finish with a nice bitterness.

Food pairing

Seafruits – Seared red mulle – Salmon gravelax – Raw artichoke salad – Zucchini Tian – Fresh goat cheese – Lemon and yuzu pie.
