Vintage 2024 – Released on 21st November 2024

The second vintage of a juicy wine, made to be shared, where glasses clink and laughter fills the air!

Vineyard

This wine comes from plots of sandy soil in Villedieu, a village north of Rasteau. This area is located at an altitude of 340m and surrounded by woods, providing protection for the vines and freshness for the wine.

Winemaking

Hand-picked. The Grenache and Syrah grapes are de-stemmed, while the Carignan are whole grapes. The three grape varieties are co-fermented. Vatting for a few days with gentle extraction. Bottled on 28 October 2023.

Tasting notes

Light purple-red colour. A delicious nose of strawberry and violet. The juicy fruit explodes on the palate. The wine is seductive with its roundness and crispness, its airy, thirst- quenching character. A vibrant, sincere wine devoid of artifice. The start of a wonderful evening.

Food pairing

Provençale caillette – Fresh goat cheese with pepper – Traditional Beaufort sausage – Lebanese Tabbouleh – Watercress soup with mackerel and soft-boiled egg.
