Vintage N°23

This vintage gave us a greedy, sapid rosé wine with a great freshness.

Vineyard

Vineyard called “Les Ramières” with sandy soils on the edge of the river for a crisp and sapid wine. Free from any Appellation, we have the opportunity to make a pur Cinsault, for a fruity, juicy and light rosé.

Winemaking

The grapes are picked before sunrise to make the most of cool night-time temperatures. They are fully destemmed. Gentle pressing, cold-settling then the must goes into stainless tanks for fermentation at low temperature (12-14°C). Addition of carbon dioxide during bottling.

Tasting notes

Pale pink colour. Floral and fruity notes of rose and raspberry. On the palate, the fine bubbles bring vivacity and freshness, a slight sweetness brings delicacy. A festive sparkling rosé, ideal for any occasion.

Food pairing

Roasted figs with goat cheese and honey – Pad thaï – Oyster mushrooms sautéed with parsley butter – Sea bream ceviche – Apricots stuffed with fresh goat cheese – Rhubarb and strawberry crumble.
