After the well-named Prémices, a primeur that caught our eye, this Glou ticks all the boxes for berry pleasure. It’s red and tangy, with a pep that carries the palate into spheres where spices float to a graphite finish.
The powerful side of the Grenache needs to be cooled to 14° to temper it and appreciate its blackberry accents.
