“Gilles Ferran, soon joined by his daughter Madeline, represents the third generation to watch over the family estate. On the stony and steep clay-limestone hillsides of Rasteau, Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier are harvested by hand. Round, with the power of Viognier, the finesse of Roussanne and the hazelnut aromas of Marsanne, the Galopine 2015, Côtes-du-Rhône blanc, will also go well with a sea bass en papillote with truffles, from Richerenches, renowned for its market with truffles nearby, only a Banon.”
