“We really liked this excellent red CDR Les Antimagnes 2019, deep purple in colour, with an intense nose of red fruit and spices with hints of garrigue, very silky and full on the palate, a very well-balanced wine.
The CDR rosé Les Antimagnes 2021, develops powerful aromas of fresh fruit.
Very seductive, the white CDR La Ponce 2021, with aromas of fruit and flowers, has subtle notes of honey, combining charm and power.
More intense, their white CDR La Galopine 2021, combines nervousness and smoothness, with a nose marked by these notes of white flowers and toast, full mouth.
The red Cairanne Libéré 2021, with present but tasty tannins, has a beautiful sustained colour, very fragrant (humus, liquorice), a success.
The red Cairanne Le Ventabren 2019, with an intense nose (blackcurrant, garrigue, morello cherry), is a harmonious wine with ripe tannins.
Beautiful red Rasteau La Ponce 2019, garnet-red in colour, is dense on the nose as well as on the palate (blackcurrant, cinnamon), well balanced with its tasty tannins, a typical and harmonious wine.
The red Rasteau Argilla ad Argillam 2019, has intense notes of plum, violet and pepper, full-bodied, colourful and fragrant, full-bodied, with tasty tannins, well typed.
And this red Rasteau Héritage 1924 in 2019, a plot-based Grenache cuvée planted in 1924, ruby-coloured, with this typical fleshiness, this hint of spice and a structure that is both rich and supple, rare.”
