2011: « The Tasty »

The 2011 vintage is characterized by good maturities, concentrated juices and wines with great laying down potential.
After a mild winter and a summery spring, 2011 was a vintage that promised to be early and full of sunshine. Bud burst and flowering were very early. The summer, marked by two rains in July and August, allowed the vineyard not to suffer from water stress, giving way to slow and quality maturities. The Indian summer, without precipitation, gave us the opportunity to harvest extremely healthy grapes at perfect maturity in September.
The whites and rosés express themselves in opulence: aromatic, fat, round, while retaining a touch of freshness. Fine gastronomic wines. The red wines smell the garrigue. Solar, deep wines with a good length. The optimal phenolic maturity offers us silky and integrated tannins.
The 2011 vintage gave wines that are perfect for aging: concentrated, fruity and with good acidity, reminiscent of vintages with sunny characters such as 2000 and 2009.
