” This small estate has a large proportion of old Mourvèdre and Grenache. It was run for a long time by two friends, Gilles Ferran, owner of the Domaine des Escaravailles, and Philippe Cambie, oenologist and advisor to the finest estates in the Rhône Valley, until the latter’s death last December. The tasting reveals a successful 2020 vintage, thanks to the quality of its juice and the pulpiness of its texture. A powerful but not excessive wine, with a beautiful quality of tannins. “
